Wild Salmon Barbeque
June 20, 2005 – 11:04 pmI bought some freshly caught wild salmon and spiced it up with paprika, pepper, alspice, cayenne pepper, dried seaweed and sesame seeds. 
Grilling on the BBQ is the best - I drench the salmon in Tillamook butter. It makes the salmon super moist and tasty.
Sometimes I add fresh, home-grown basil as a garnish.
Tonight I made scalloped potatoes with cheddar and parmesan cheese. Yuuuum!
