I went to 2wire.com to check my download speeds with my new Belkin router. All I can say is “OMFG!” I love Comcast!

I got a second test speed of 8.43mbps!

The other day when I was visiting Argyle Winery, I spotted a Lavender Farm way out in the countryside. It’s not a far drive at all, so we decided to go there this afternoon.
Codi likes the provence lavender the best.
I didn’t know this, but there’s a type of white lavender. Cool!
Here we are, smooching in the lavender field. Awww!

This is the view from the lavender field. Nice, huh?
Side note: by the time we got home, our car totally smelled of lavender, and within 5 minutes of our arrival, our kitchen smelled of fresh lavender. Wow! We got two huge bouquets of 5 different types of lavender for only $10!
We visited Pittock Mansion later in the afternoon. There was a wedding scheduled at the same time, so we were only there for five minutes. Even so, we got a couple good photos. Here’s one…

I went out to Argyle Winery again to take some photos and do a little computer work. Of course, I brought my trusty camera.
These baby grapes aren’t ready for juicing, but they sure are cute.
Some of the grape leaves are silvery white and fuzzy.
This is Pinot Noir in the making. So nice.
A bottom-of-the-hill view of the Knudsen Vineyard.
A daisy growing under a vine.
A ladybug on a Pinot Noir vine.
I’ve passed this barn dozens of times, yet I’ve never taken a picture. The light was decent today, so I took a quickie.
