Codi and I went to the Woodburn Tulip Festival today. It was a bit rainy and cold on the drive out there, but the rain stopped by the time we arrived. The heavy cloud cover made from some awesome light diffusion. Codi and I were pretty happy with the way the colors came out in the photos.
Acres of tulips – many different colors and various types of tulips.
I like these two shots of the dark red tulips. Here’s a photo of me at the far end of the tulip fields.
There’s a cool looking farm house at the eastern edge of the field.
A really old John Deere tractor is parked in one of the rows of tulips.
Codi and I had to hop up on the tractor for photos. It was too cool to pass up.
I like this photo of the tractor. As we were leaving, Codi spotted a guy proposing to his girlfriend. She said yes, and they stood there kissing for the longest time! Congrats to them!!
