Ahh… the smell of chicken soup is filling the kitchen. The cedar-like smell of the hand-ground red peppercorns adds such a nice touch. While I wait for the soup to cook, it’s time for a little Louis Jadot, a freshly baked baguette and some dill havarti cheese. Codi is at Nordstrom, so I’ll try my best to save some bread and cheese for her. (If I don’t, I know I’ll be in trouble!)
