It was 31 degrees this morning. It’s 57 degrees out now – just before midnight. Since when is the highest temperature of the day supposed to happen at midnight? Now we’re expecting flooding in some parts of Portland due to excessive ice melting during this heat wave. I don’t get it. I’ve never seen a winter this warm, nor a winter so unpredictable!
