There are so many new hotels and buildings in downtown Portland. This one caught my eye because of the repetitive rectangular shapes. It’s a beautiful building, to say the least. Long after I took the photo, I noticed that there is a lady peering out one of the windows – seems like she might be looking right at the camera.
