Just fermenting over the last two days, a delicious smelling pilsner is wafting through the air. Accented with essence of Valencia Oranges and Raspberries, it’s going to be a real summer treat! No label yet, but I’ll come up with something!

It’s by far my favorite wine. If you’re into champagne or sparkling wines, try their 1993 Extended Tirage Brut. Wowowow.
